This package includes the following:

1) A set of gdscripts that can be used outside the editor (without a running editor instance) to analyse the gdscripts and the textual resources (.tres and .tscn) of a Godot project directory and check for errors. Since the scripts are written in gdscript, you will invariably need the Godot executable to interpret them, but the editor will only invoke the scripts and run headlessly.

2) Implements a set of annotations that enriches the typing of gdscript, inspired mainly by tools like Psalm and PHPStan, that add features like generics, interfaces, tuples, structs and type unions to gdscript. Correct semantic usage of the annotations are checked by the analyzer and generate errors in the error report in case they were violated.

3) An editor addon that checks the errors at runtime while you type in the script editor and generate visible errors not only in a dock, but in the script editor itself like other gdscript synthatic errors.

The main feature of the package is of course the type annotations and the editor addon, but this package also includes some usefull features like summarizing the project structure (count the number of files by extension and the disk usage for each group).

To use the addon you just need to install it from the Asset Store and enable it. To learn how to use the annotations, take a look at the scripts in the tutorials directory.

Consider the current version of this suite as experimental (alpha grade). Expect bugs and please report them in the Github project page.
