Rebuilds the C# project only when a file was changed and you went back to the editor window instead of every time you launch your game. Also rebuilds the project when opening the editor to prevent changes that occur when the editor is not open from catching you by surprise.

NOTE: You have to press build after first enabling it manually and then reopen the editor for it to start working.

WARNING: It will throw errors in the console if you use the MSBuild panel's build buttons (not the one from EditorRunBar, that one works properly), I do not think that has any good way of fixing it. Plus the plugin still works perfectly fine despite the errors.
